That could well be illegal activity. Can anyone guess why?

Well, if it was in New jersey I'd say because the dog has to be buckled in a seat just like any other passenger...new law for us...so how'd the dog get there?

Emil, that's not what I had in mind, but good one. Of course, we don't see the folks and dog actually in the moving vehicle, and we cannot be 100% the dog didn't just wander into the picnic. And, it's obviously not New Jersey! (I'll leave the evidence for that as a separate exercise for the reader!)

Hi Brian
Let's try drinking alcohol in a public park? or as in some crazy states... driving a motorized vehicle into a public park.

Am I warm?

Isn't there a law in France that says you can't have wine without cheese? That could be France and I don't see any cheese. :-)

My guess is that this was taken at a Nude Beach and they had the audacity to be clothed. Just a guess but that is what I am throwing on the table. Brian, are you going to share with us the illegal activity or will I have to continue to use my keen sense of perception to keep guessing?

Thanks,
Shane

I have seen many photos of Janis and her care, but never this one.

Thanks,
Shane

Ok, my quiz was not all that popular, so the answer I had in mind was: If the locale is California or some other public land in the west, they may well have violated some off-road travel rule, and have possibly crushed some irreplaceable plant or bug or nematode.

I think that would apply in any National Park or public land, as the vegetation can be quite fragile, and not adapted to being trampled by tourists.

Here is a shot taken at the Melbourne MotorClassica,
but not by me.
Note the LHD wipers on the silver car as opposed to the correct RHD
wipers on the white car. I knew that would be the first thing you guys
noticed.........

Well, Greg, since you mentioned it, I would think the silver car is LHD due to the side mirror placement. But you're right, I really didn't take notice of that at first. :)
