Location: Germantown, TN, which is a suburb of Memphis.
Can someone please tell me the exact location of the Karmann badge on my SC coupe? Is it centered between the passenger side wheel and door openings and how far up from the bottom of the car should it be placed?

'65 C's (or SC's) had no body badge, Karmann or otherwise.

No expert, but 40+ years of observation leads me to believe the 63 T6B's were the last to be badged on Rt Front Fender.

The parts books show the badge for the T-6 B's, but NOT for the 356-C/SC's. Interestingly, there is no mention of the badge deletion in the lengthy Service Bulletin (SB F15/63) that describes the changes for the 356-C/SC's.

Survey: Which MY 63 cars (by chassis number) had cloisonne (enamel) and which had alum Karmann badges?

Thanks to everyone for solving the mystery. Since my car had been re-painted sometime in the past, I just assumed that someone had forgotten to replace the badge. Guess I have an extra one now.
