Received an email from him regarding an item from sale, and don't find him registered on the site and his return email bounces. Any help appreciated.

Just wanted to let you know that someone with the username "Patrick Doolittle" is registered on this site, he is a Porsche 356 Registry member. Use the "Members" link at the upper right to search for him and then you will be able to click an "email" link to send him an email. However, if that email bounces I'm afraid there is nothing I can do about that, it will be the email address that is shown in his Registry member account.

ALTERNATIVELY, use the "Search" link above to search for any posts made by a "Patrick Doolittle" and you will find quite a few. Click through to one of them and click the "email" link at the bottom of his post.

I actually did use the Member search feature, set as "containing" Doolittle, and I got zero hits. I figured that that should have given me every Doolittle on the site.

Anyway, Patrick caught up with me using another email address. Apparrently he's in transition and is having some mail problems, but this problem is, at least, solved.

There remains the mystery as to why the search failed, but I'll leave that for someone else to worry about.
